Silver Lake, Brighton
A cool alpine substitute for valley sightseeing: accessible boardwalk, $10/vehicle, about a mile for the full loop. It adds roughly 1½–2 hours and replaces the hotel reset rather than preceding it.

Open until 8:00 PM Monday in summer, with $5 admission after 5:00. Good value, and already on the Monday timeline as an option.

The grounds open at 7:00 AM and need no reservation. Give it as much time as it needs and fit the rest of the morning around it.

The main morning visit, and the one thing that should not be rushed. Architecture, history, and interpretive context; no service attendance needed.

Optional. The best true lake view with almost no walking: paved parking beside public viewpoints. Keep it to 15–20 minutes in the heat.

The fire sits in the Fillmore corridor beside Monday’s I-15 route. Check once Sunday evening and again before leaving Brian Head.
GOI-15 open, no evacuation conflict, acceptable visibility, and AQI below 101. Keep the normal route.
